Pharmacy Assistant

Dome Pharmacy is a family-run and local community pharmacy that has a small team of trained professionals, including two qualified pharmacists. We offer a range of medicinal products and stock most major health and beauty brands, and we also offer nutritional and health advice to customers.

We are currently looking for a full-time junior pharmacy assistant to join the Dome team. While no pharmacy experience is necessary, a background in customer service will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers
• Processing sales, including cash purchases, credit cards and EFTPOS, and using point-of-sale system
• Stocking shelves and organising displays
• Assisting with stocktake and orders
• Assisting pharmacists with orders

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work unassisted and in a team
• Fast learner
• A positive attitude and friendly demeanour
• Well-presented appearance
